Summary:

Hunzinger Construction performed a complete gut and remodel job for Madison Medical Affiliates downtown Milwaukee location. The new medical center was built in the northwest corner of an occupied office building and spanned two floors.
The new medical center features extremely high-end finishes including wood columns, feature walls, crown molding, wood floors, custom cabinets, base, trim and doors. Custom handmade lighting and elaborate wood trimmed vestibule glass was also installed.
The medical center features 6 private physicians' offices, 13 exam rooms, 2 nurses' stations, 2 reception areas joined by a unique stairway leading from floor 1 to floor 2, 2 clerical offices and open office space on the 1st floor.
