 St. Joseph Outpatient Center
The five-story, 210,000 square foot, stat-of-the-art ambulatory care center features multiple surgery centers, urgent care, pediatrics, a women's center, pharmacy, medical office and support services, training facilities, and an 836 car parking deck.  St. Joseph Regional Medical Center
Hunzinger Construction Company served as the Construction Manager for the 126,000 square foot St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Strict material handling measures were taken to meet infection control standards and state guidelines and special external trash shoots were implemented to avoid transporting waste through occupied halls.
