If a hazard currently exists on your project this is not means of reporting. Please stop work, and go immediately to your Hunzinger Construction on-site Superintendent to report the hazard. If for some reason you are not comfortable reporting the hazard to Hunzinger personnel on-site, please call Kevin Sandkuhler directly at 262.227.5409 and the problem will be resolved immediately. Your call will remain anonymous.

This page is designed to report near misses. Ninety-five percent of all near misses go unreported and we all should be learning from near misses to prevent similar occurrences in the future that may result in an injury or fatality. When near misses are reported, internal notification will be made to the Superintendent as well as all Hunzinger Superintendents in attempt to prevent similar occurrences on any site through communication and training. If used properly this is a very effective tool although near misses should always be treated the same as accidents as soon as they occur and should be reported to the Supervisor immediately.

This page is also designed to report incidents that occur that may result in recommendations that can be made to our existing safety program and ways to make our projects more safe for our workers. All recommendation will be taken into serious consideration and will be implemented at some level if deemed beneficial.
