Quality
Our Quality Program
In keeping with Hunzinger's high standard for quality craftsmanship, a company-wide Total Quality Management program called Q³ ("Q cubed") has been established.
Q³ promotes the notion of "Do the right thing" when dealing with what we believe to be the three critical success drivers of all projects, no matter what the size.
They are:
- Our Clients
- Our Subcontractors/Suppliers
- Our Employees
The Q³ effort focuses on each of these three critical areas. It encourages our employees to continually examine how Hunzinger delivers services and it empowers them to make recommendations for improving the way we work. Successes are celebrated and become a regular part of the project delivery system for all future projects.
